Holzkirchen is colorful: around 1,500 participants in a rally against xenophobia and racism. Mayor Christoph Schmid, together with representatives of the market town council, called for people to stand up for democracy.
The newly founded alliance of the same name advocates the protection of democracy and human dignity. Around 30 well-known companies, clubs and organizations have now joined the alliance. Other comrades who would like to get involved under the banner of “Holz kirche ist bunt” are welcome.
