A 26-year-old German man is on trial for raping a girl in a children's home. He broke into the home in Wunsiedel, Upper Franconia, to steal valuables.
He was discovered by a boy who asked him to show him how to satisfy himself. The boy later took the girl out of the home and pushed her onto a bed in a room. The next morning the girl is dead - was it the eleven year old? The accused German admitted that he had subsequently raped the girl. He never wanted the girl's death and did not incite the boy.
