A 50 square meter apartment located on the waterfront in Bat Yam was turned into a luxurious suite for a couple in their 50s. The suite was designed as one open space, containing the bedroom, the living room, the kitchen and the closet room.
Different shades of blue guide the aesthetic narrative, creating a visual sequence that corresponds with the coastline visible from the apartment window. A decorative concrete wall is placed along the central space in sand tones and with a texture that simulates the movement of water. The cost of the project is estimated at only NIS 400,000.
