Since December, it is no longer possible to renew your identity papers in Tinqueux, a town near Reims. Some users got angry because their photos were not considered compliant and others protested to see their file refused even though it was incomplete.
The mayor has decided to lift the suspension of service by the end of February. New measures will make it possible to better regulate its operation, such as the installation of an additional agent, at the entrance to the service, to check files and the accuracy of the supporting documents.
