Hunter Biden's lawyers filed nine motions on Tuesday asking a judge to dismiss the charges brought against him by special prosecutor David Weissen. The president's son, Joe Biden, has pleaded not guilty to nine charges related to his tax returns.
“Prosecutors reneged on binding agreements, bowed to political pressure to bring unprecedented charges, overstepped their authority, ignored rules and allowed their agents to run amok,” Hunter Biden's attorney, Abbe Lowell, said in a statement.
