Hunters cut a fine figure on the slopes and at the shooting range. The Hunter Ski World Championships have existed since 2011.
The competition is held in four Alpine regions: the Montafon, in Silvaplana/St. Moritz, in the Sarntal in South Tyrol and - since 2019 - also on Lake Tegernsee. About half of the participants came from Switzerland. Other teams and individuals traveled from Austria, Germany, Italy and Sweden. A new edition of the World Cup in 2028 is being planned.
