The 'Sonrisa' legal case began in 2011: investigators contested a long series of building violations carried out, according to investigations, starting in 1979, over an area over 40 thousand square metres. The confiscation concerns the properties and land on which the accommodation facility stands, which will be acquired in the real estate assets of the Municipality.
