The second proposes the placement of asylum seekers from safe countries in administrative detention centres (ARCs) The 4th measure is the immediate closure of universal health protection rights for rejected asylum seekers. The 7th novelty, a foreigner who returns or remains in an irregular situation cannot be regularized.
