In honor of former mayor Krones: the parking lot in Bad Wiessee gets a new name. The renaming was unanimously approved at the most recent council meeting.
The idea of the tribute came about “rather by chance” through research on the 30th anniversary of Krones’ death. The name of Paul Krones, who was a member of the local council for an impressive 42 years - from 1948 to 1990 - cannot yet be read on any public signs. That should change now.
