The 105th edition of the Macro Southern Open was held in Mar del Plata. It is the second oldest and most senior regional championship in Argentina.
Several of the most renowned players on the professional tour participated. Julián Etulain, winner of the 105th Abierto del Sur, made 61 shots in the final round and after 6 holes of playoff. Andrés Schonbaum won the La Prensa Cup for the second time in a row. Banco Macro was also present along with golf in Pinamar .
