In the Var, a 10-year-old girl escapes a kidnapping attempt in front of her school. The young girl was followed by an individual previously convicted of sexual assault and released from prison at the end of 2023.
Arrested shortly after the events, the latter was placed in police custody thanks to the coordinated action of the municipal police and national. Police custody having been extended this Tuesday morning and the investigations continuing, a judicial investigation should be opened Wednesday morning. Staggering fact: during the twenty minutes which preceded the attempted kidnapping, the suspect had followed another teenage girl for several tens of meters.
