In three years, the availability of rental properties has fallen by 60% in three major cities on the Côte d'Azur. In Nice, Antibes and Cannes, apartments to rent year-round are increasingly difficult to find, unlike Airbnb-type tourist rentals.

A national trend in which these three popular Riviera towns are placed in the high range but still behind Paris, where rental supply fell by 74% over the same period. The trend could be explained by a large number of households not taking the plunge into purchasing due to interest rates that are still too high.
