Influencer and YouTube star Ruby Franke sentenced to four prison terms for child abuse. Franke, who gave advice on how to raise children but pleaded guilty to abusing two of her own, could spend decades in prison after being sentenced.
The Utah Board of Pardons and Paroles will determine exactly how long Franke will remain behind bars. During the sentencing hearing, audio of which was streamed on the Utah court website, Franke cried as she apologized to her children. “I believed that darkness was light and that right was wrong,” he said.
