In Oudon, near Nantes, a dispute has pitted the municipality against the operator Free. The project involves the construction of a 33-meter pylon, carrying three antennas.
As the line is used by the TGV which connects Nantes to Paris, Free tries to place its antennas every 4 to 5 kilometers. The case was brought to the Nantes administrative court. In November 2023, justice ordered the municipality to pay 1,200 euros to Free, and to grant the operator the desired building permit.
