After the Wogeno building cooperative pulled out due to rising construction costs and interest rates, Max von Bredow Baukultur GmbH wants to continue the project with more than 60 apartments. If everything goes well, the first tenants could move in in 2028. The aim is to have a development plan and building regulations in place by the end of next year in trusting cooperation with the community.
