The legal representative of the exporting company, a company from Prato, was reported to the judiciary for waste management and trafficking crimes. The Massa Prosecutor's Office, which validated the seizure, then ordered the reclamation of the waste and the subsequent release of the seizure subject to its regular disposal. The Financial Police, the Customs and Monopolies Agency and Arpat were involved in the operation.
