It's not the Olympic mountain: the highest mountain in Munich is located here. Located around 580 meters above sea level, it is a good 15 meters higher than the Olympic Mountain.
A castle was built on the Warnberg in the 12th century. In the 16th century the property went to the Jesuits, who had the manor house built. There has also been a private secondary school on Warnberg since 2012. Hike can be combined with Forstenrieder Park or Pullach.
