A man was shot and injured this Thursday evening in Ivry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne), in a shisha restaurant-bar in the city. Two individuals arrived by car in the parking lot of the L'Atelier establishment, which presents itself on its website as "a gourmet restaurant", also offering a Hookah lounge.

It was in this parking lot that the manager was first targeted and injured in the calf after being shot twice. An attack which then continued in the establishment, where the manager found refuge to try to flee his attacker. The latter, however, pursued him into the room of the hookah restaurant- bar and did not hesitate to open fire again, this time three times.
