Former Attorney General, Yehuda Weinstein, will testify today (Wednesday) as part of Case 1,000. In his testimony, Weinstein said that Netanyahu did not contact him about receiving private gifts.

This contradicts the Prime Minister's testimony that he has a legal certificate that allows him to receive gifts from close friends. Weinstein also talked about his conversations with Netanyahu on the subject Closing of Channel 10 and the "Bibitors" case. The defense will try to contradict Weinstein's words today, by strengthening the assertion that this is not a threshold of gifts that requires legal approval.
