The local council appealed to the cooperative, as the owner of the lake, to fulfill its obligation from a registered easement from 1921 and to clear up the process in March. But that won't be done, says Sebastian Kukula. Because the stream is not allowed to be cleared out at this time of year because of the closed and spawning season. This will only be possible from August 15th.
