Knife attack in Füssen: What is known so far. Police are holding back information from the public.
It remains unclear whether the alleged perpetrator or perpetrators have already been caught. The victim of the attack, a 21-year-old, had to be flown to a hospital in the Christoph 17 rescue helicopter and underwent emergency surgery. The old town was cordoned off, and checkpoints and a collection point have been set up on the Morisse. However, there was never any danger to the population.
