[HIGHLIGHTS] Know-how, tradition and umami… In Paris, Japanese gastronomy is on par with Michelin stars

Chakaiseki Akiyoshi is the only restaurant in France dedicated to the Kyoto cuisine. Sushi Yoshinaga (II) also received its first star.

L'Abysse at Pavillon Ledoyen (8th), Sola (5th), Sushi B (2nd, one star) and Aida (7th) are also Michelin-starred. The Michelin Guide also lists many more Japanese addresses, not starred but no less tempting for fans of Japanese cuisine.
