Kochel: Residential building planned between two listed buildings. It is the second time that the construction project has been before the local council.

The local council rejected an initial plan for development in August last year. The district building authority did not share this opinion. According to the zoning plan, residential development is permitted there, and paragraph 34 of the building regulations, according to which the building must fit into the surrounding area in terms of style and size, is also not an obstacle. The application for a preliminary ruling was finally approved.
