Kurhaus expansion and senior center in focus. Bad Tölz has planned a lot of investments this year too.
There is money in the budget for the Kurhaus expansion, but also for citizen participation in Lettenholz. A building saver (1.2 million) and 150,000 higher loan repayments are also pending. The latter are caused by the unforeseeable borrowing for the acquisition of the Maxlweiher area. A total of 1.5 million euros will be repaid. Around 1.4 million euro will go into the planning (service phase 7) for the expansion of the spa building.
