An individual with a knife attacked a police officer, in the hall of the La Rochelle police station, this Tuesday, February 13. The man presented himself at the police station announcing that he wanted to file a complaint, before attacking a civil servant, who was slightly injured.
During the events, the individual, who does not have a criminal record and is not known to territorial intelligence, did not say anything advocating terrorism, the prosecution also indicates. The victim was evacuated by firefighters and the individual placed in police custody.
