A 44-year-old homeless man was picked up by the police in La Rochette. He was leaving a house that he had just burglarized, rue Daubigny.

His loot: jewelry, money, a hunting rifle and ammunition. The police suspect him of having committed an impressive series of break-ins in several towns in the metropolitan area. He will be judged later by the Melun criminal court, as part of a deferred appearance. Pending the hearing, he was remanded in custody.
