Yannick Alléno is the head chef of La Table de Pavie in Saint-Émilion. The restaurant is located in the heart of the Gironde village.

Two other chefs, Sébastien, Faramond and Nabaile, run the shop. The two friends have too much talent to duplicate the maestro's style, says Le Figaro Cuisine's reviewer. The city's cuisine is in harmony with the surrounding vines, which essentially produce wine of the same color.
