Eurenco is ready to begin construction of a gunpowder manufacturing plant in Bergerac. The new factory will employ 150 people and produce 1,200 tonnes of powder per year.
The laying of the first stone was to take place last week, in the presence of Sébastien Lecornu, the Minister of the Armed Forces. The European leader in powders and explosives, heir to the National Company of Powders and Explosives (SNPE), plans to enter service in 2025.
