Large residential complex on the outskirts of Peiting: This is the situation with the controversial construction project. Despite the major crisis in the construction industry, the Schongau company Haseitl is sticking to the project.

The company wants to keep and rent out the remaining 19 apartments itself - all as so-called EOF-subsidized housing, which is aimed at low-income tenants. The complex will be built using conventional stone and concrete construction methods, with the upper floors using construction timber.
