A large warehouse in Berlin-Neukölln went up in flames on Wednesday evening. The fire brigade arrived with around 120 firefighters, as it announced on Twitter.
A huge cloud of dark smoke could be seen from afar over the city. Photos of the column of smoke were posted on social networks, and a number of users expressed concern. Other adjacent buildings are in danger, according to a fire brigade spokesman. The area remained open for the time being, but no one was injured.
