The Traunsteiner Lindl Hoagascht in Irschenberg was organized by the young harp duo Sunnaschein. After three hours it was clear: folk music belongs to the youth.

The seven members of the Tegernseer Tanzlmusi took over the in-and-out playing - and yet found themselves on stage that evening as the seniors. Andal Raab, who stepped in as an announcer, questioned all the groups in a somewhat casual manner. He commented on and parried their statements in such a witty and unabashed manner that the audience was not sure whether they were witnessing the birth of a new Valentine's-Pot-esque, bearish-anarchic-punk-like-rebellious-cabaret art form. But no matter: it was so funny that the crowd cried tears of laughter. The Hoag ascht took place in the town of Trachtenheim, in the Austrian state of Tyrol.
