Sergeant Major Yuval Nir, 43, from Kfar Etzion fell yesterday (Tuesday) in a battle in the southern Gaza Strip. Nir served as a fighter in the 6656 patrol battalion and fell together with the fighter Gabriel Shani in clashes with terrorists.
He left behind a wife and five children. His funeral will be held at 14:00 at the Gush EtZion cemetery. He was known for his courage and the actions he carried out at the Magen Wall.
