Living on Banater Straße: Lawsuits continue to concern the courts. The subject of the dispute is the building permits issued by the district office by the city of Geretsried.
The Krämmel Group wants to build 770 apartments on the former Lorenz site between Banater and Elbestrasse in Gartenberg. 342 apartments are already available; 143 of them are to be sold as condominiums. The apartments in the first construction phase will be completed as planned and are expected for occupancy in spring 2025.
