Loire: a woman sentenced to six months in prison for violence against two children. Found guilty of violence against minors under the age of 15, followed by ITT (total incapacity for work) not exceeding eight days.
The defendant, aged 36, was also sentenced by the Roanne criminal court to follow a citizenship course. The mother, who admitted the acts committed “under the influence of emotion and anger” and expressed “regrets”, had also violently grabbed a 12-year-old child who witnessed the scene.
