The post office in Icking is scheduled to reopen on February 22, 2024, 8:00 p.m. There is still 95 square meters of free retail space in the building.
The Federal Nature Conservation local group already has a plan for the space. Looking for a concept for a shop in Ick, the group has designed an alternative concept for using the premises of the former fruit and vegetable shop “Früchtchen’s”. The aim of the association is to soon be able to pay the rent, which is currently borne by the community.
