A 31-year-old Stéphanois was arrested in Vaulx-en-Velin after a long chase with the police. Two people in vehicles he hit were slightly injured.
The investigation opened led to the determination that the vehicle in which he committed the hit-and-run was stolen. He must be presented to the public prosecutor's office this Monday with a view to an immediate appearance for "refusal to comply with endangering the lives of others, intentional injury and willful damage to private property"
