Lyon: airport residents want to cap traffic at 2019 levels. Local residents' collective Corias (Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport residents' committee) would like the number of flights passing through eastern Lyon each day to be capped at traffic as it was in 2019.

A meeting is planned for March 28 with the airport management and the prefecture during which the collective will officially formulate this request. On Friday, members of the French Union Against Aircraft Nuisance (UFCNA) must be received at the Ministry of Transport in Paris in order to make a similar request for all French airports.
