M Emmet Walsh of "Blade Runner" dies. He was 88 years old.
In Ridley Scott's film he was the boss of Harrison Ford's character. Other starring roles included a corrupt sheriff in the 1986 comedy-horror film Critters. He played Dermot Mulroney's father in My Best Friend's Wedding. He also had a small role as a security guard in Razors and Secrets opposite Daniel Craig, Don Johnson and Ana de Armas. He made his film debut in the film Alice's Restaurant in 1969.
