Man arrested over Paris knife attack resident in Italy. Three people were injured in a knife attack at the Gare de Lyon.
The suspect is a Mali national aged 32 who reportedly received international protection in Italy in 2016. He is said to have received psychiatric treatment in the past and "clearly suffers from a psychiatric disorder," said police prefect Laurent Nunez. The attack, which took place around 8 am local time, reportedly left one person seriously injured, but not in danger of dying, and two people with minor injuries.
