Many operations due to storms and snow: the fire department looks back on an eventful 2023. The district fire departments carried out a total of 4,632 missions last year.
Outstanding events were the 400 missions on July 12th after a thunderstorm front and the onset of winter at the beginning of December with 600 missions within 48 hours. The company Selmayr Erdbau-Kies-Sand GmbH was awarded a certificate from the state fire brigade association by district fire officer Christoph Gasteiger.
