Marsilio, the politician who has always been on the right - News.it. Originally from Abruzzo, he trained in Rome where he met Meloni.
In 2012 he was among the founders of Fratelli d'Italia. On 11 February 2020 he was elected vice-president of the Party of European Conservatives and Reformists. In 2022 he became president of the Committee of the Regions of the European Union. He was elected president of Abruzzi Region in 2019, during his mandate, in an area struggling with post-earthquake reconstruction.
