A 33-year-old from Starnberg was in an exceptional situation between 2022 and 2023 due to mental illness. He rioted in a psychiatric clinic in Gauting and in an inn in Berg. He also stopped a driver at night in Starn Berg and tried to extort money and cocaine. Now the man has to answer before the Munich II Regional Court. He was attacked by the defendant with a candlestick in a hotel in Berg around three o'clock in the morning.
