Michelin Guide 2024: 62 new stars in France announced Monday. Two days before its ceremony, scheduled for Monday afternoon, the Red Guide reveals the number of macaroons which will be distributed to restaurants.
Sixty-two establishments will thus be promoted in total (compared to 44 in 2023), including 52 restaurants winning a first star. Among these 52 addresses, 23 opened during the year and according to inspectors, have already passed the test of “regularity and robustness”
