Gregory Marchand will close on June 21 his "fast good" Frenchie to Go, known as FTG, after ten years of good and loyal service. The forty-year-old Michelin-starred explains this closure and confides in the Altro Frenchie, which will open in place of FTG at the end of September.

"Street food has a future, but the explosion in the cost of raw materials...," he tells the Figaro Cuisine team.
