According to tests carried out, it emerged that some streams in Israel had higher than recommended concentrations of fecal coli. The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Environmental Protection recommend refraining from entering these streams until stable results are obtained in the following tests.
The source of the pollution in the streams has not yet been found. Entry to the mentioned streams is not recommended until the sampling results obtained are normal and stable. The streams are:Snir (Hasbani) - hydroelectric station.Jordan - from the Lehavot Habashan Bridge to the side of Atrat.
