Miroglio group buys Trussardi from QuattroR. Miroglio aims to take the Milanese fashion brand beyond the boundaries of fashion to include products and services that embody its essence in the lifestyle market.

The brand is to adopt a multi-channel growth strategy focusing on the key markets of Italy, Eastern European and the Middle East, where the it enjoys a strong reputation. The scope of the deal includes a strategic network of 15 shops in Italy, the historical archive and licensing rights.
