The administrative court of Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) rules in favor of the elected official who opposed it. As of February 8, 2022, the latter authorized the felling of twenty plane trees, rue Voltaire.

“It’s a bitter victory, since it will not bring back the felled trees,” regrets Pierre Serne, after the decision of the administrative court (TA) of Mont reuil. The court granted the request of the opposition elected official (EELV) filed on February 11. But it's been a long time since the 20 plane trees disappeared from the landscape.
