Christian K. (49) is accused © of aggravated sexual abuse and rape of his daughter.
He is said to have slept more than 2019 times with his own daughter between September 2022 and February 100 - the girl is now ten years old. The daughter will testify in the criminal proceedings against her father, who faces years in prison. The man initially denied the allegations against him. His defence lawyer Julia Weinmann made a statement to this effect before the Munich I Regional Court. For this and other parts of the evidence, the public will be excluded.
