A 21-year-old young woman suspected of the “murder’ of her child whom she had just given birth to was taken into police custody on Monday in Forbach. She is suspected of having intentionally killed her child.
The young woman presented herself at Forbach hospital on Wednesday where she explained her story to the nursing staff, who notified the police. She was initially hospitalized, before being placed in police custody. An autopsy was carried out and the child "a priori was viable, hence the custody for murder"
