The two, three and four-room apartments have a total living space of 760 square meters, spread over three floors. The originally calculated construction costs of 3.8 million euros were met despite the sharp increase in general construction costs during the construction phase. The church blessing of the rooms then took place in an ecumenical service led by Pastor Gefjon Fischer and Deacon Raimund Richter.
